Service Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during service. We will communicate any significant changes before proceeding with additional work.

Scheduling and Access

Clients are responsible for providing access to properties at scheduled times. If access is not available as scheduled, we reserve the right to charge a rescheduling fee. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before service begins. We accept various payment methods. Outstanding balances may be subject to late fees as specified in individual service agreements.

XRise General Services Corporation maintains comprehensive insurance coverage including:

General Liability Insurance

Auto Insurance: $1,000,000

While we take great care in our work, our liability is limited to the scope of our insurance coverage and the value of services provided.

Quality and Satisfaction

We strive for excellence in every project. If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion so we can address your concerns. We will work in good faith to resolve any issues.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
